At Bahaar, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-credit-note policy. We offer exchanges only, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The exchange request is raised within 4 (four) days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Exchanges are permitted only in the following cases:
- Size-related issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
All eligibility is subject to inspection and verification by Bahaar.
2. Exchange Request Process
- To initiate an exchange, customers must email wearbahaar@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery.
- The email must include:
- Order number
- Clear photographs and/or videos of the product highlighting the issue
- All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Bahaar.
- Once approved, the customer must courier the product back to Bahaar at their own expense.
- Bahaar does not provide reverse pickup services.
3. Dispatch of Replacement
- Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and successfully passes quality inspection.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable:
- Bahaar reserves the right to decline the exchange
- No refund, credit note, or alternative compensation will be provided
4. Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or odor
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture, which are natural characteristics of cotton fabrics and traditional printing techniques
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices, unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition
5. Final Authority
- Bahaar’s decision regarding exchange eligibility, inspection outcomes, and approvals shall be final and binding.
- By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Exchange Policy in its entirety.
